This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how BigPay processes and delivers orders placed through our mobile application and website.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers can track their orders through the BigPay application once the shipment has been dispatched. Tracking details may also be shared via email or SMS, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. BigPay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts according to their policies.
If you receive a damaged package, an incorrect item, or if any items are missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs (if applicable).
Mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and utility bill payment services are processed electronically and do not involve physical shipping. These services are generally completed instantly or within the time specified by the respective service provider.
